1. About AnimShorts

AnimShorts is an animation short film streaming platform operated by Gaussian Blur, R-7 Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi — Ansal Chamber, India. These Terms govern your use of animationshortfilms.stream and all related services.

2. Your account

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.
  • Provide accurate information — false details may result in account termination.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Free plan: Access to all free-tier films, no payment required.
  • Pro plan (₹199/month): Access to Pro-tier films and additional features.
  • Studio plan (₹599/month): Full access including creator tools and Studio films.
  • Annual plan (₹1,990/year): Full access at a discounted rate.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of a charge if no paid content has been accessed.

4. Creator terms

  • You must own or have full rights to any film you upload.
  • You grant AnimShorts a non-exclusive licence to stream your film on the platform.
  • You keep 80% of subscription revenue your films generate. We retain 20% as a platform fee.
  • Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th via UPI or bank transfer once earnings reach ₹500.
  • We review all films within 48 hours of submission and may reject content that violates our content policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not own or have rights to
  • Share, download, or redistribute paid content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the platform
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate view counts
  • Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit

6. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Creators will be notified with a reason. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Intellectual property

AnimShorts and its logo are owned by Gaussian Blur. Creator films remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. We make no claim of ownership over uploaded content.

8. Limitation of liability

AnimShorts is provided “as is.” We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Final creator earnings are paid within 30 days of termination unless the account was terminated for fraud.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes

We will notify registered users by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
