Our commitment

AnimShorts complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and India’s Copyright Act 1957. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, submit a takedown notice using the process below.

How to submit a takedown notice

Email admin@animationshortfilms.stream with subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed as infringed
• The exact URL of the infringing AnimShorts page
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner or law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our process

• We acknowledge your notice within 48 hours
• Valid notices result in the content being removed or disabled promptly
• The uploader is notified and given the opportunity to file a counter-notice
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, email admin@animationshortfilms.stream with: your contact details, the removed content URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to New Delhi court jurisdiction.

False notices

Submitting a false DMCA notice is illegal. Only submit notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
